The model armored vehicles, rockets, missiles, missiles, weapons, architectural structures, etc. that we produce in our sector are to bring together our entire defense industry and to get ahead of European countries in the model sector. While doing this, we want to continue to produce our defense industry products, which are domestic and national production, with added value and leave a sector full of innovations for future generations.
As Zırhlılar, we started our activities in 2021. We produce model vehicles of armored vehicles in our country and while doing this, we take care to add the functions of the vehicles. We continue to meet the model model needs of our defense industry companies in the highest quality with domestic and national facilities. We develop all kinds of industrial products that have been designed or designed and implemented at the design stage, using different systems and techniques to make models and make them ready for display with an expert team without any limits at any scale and size. Hand workmanship in industrial models has been replaced by laser cutting 3D printers, cnc roter, cnc vertical machining and plastic injection machines. Plastic materials that increase the life of the models are made with the use of long-lasting materials such as polyurethane, polyester metal, pvc resin and filament.
Professional use of computer technical drawings and solid modeling programs is required in the modeling of projects; the use of powerful software programs such as auto cad, 3D max, coreldraw, solidworks and catia powermill plays an important role in model making.
In 330 m2 area, our company, which is established with laser cutting machines, 3D printers, cnc roter, cutting machines, plastic, wood and metal cutting machines within our workshop, has reduced external dependence to almost 5% and continues its production with determination.
